About the founder
Founder Jacob Varghese brings a strong technology-focused mix of startup, innovation, and ecosystem-building experience in New Zealand. His career has centered on helping technology ventures grow through incubation, founder support, venture development, and ecosystem partnerships in Christchurch.
His background includes leadership roles at Tu Partners, Ministry of Awesome, and Te Ōhaka – Centre for Growth & Innovation, alongside mentoring founders of high-growth technology companies. This experience gives him a practical industry perspective that translates directly into building pathways into New Zealand’s tech sector and helping emerging talent succeed within it.
